采用高位蛛网膜下腔神经阻滞方法建立兔去交感肺的实验模型 被引量:1

High segmental block on rabbits for pulmonary sympathetic denervation:An experimental model

摘要 应用去除肺交感神经的实验方法,为进一步研究肺交感神经的作用提供一种研究手段。选择28只成年家免为实验对象,在详细研究其脊柱的解剖持性以后,发现只有腰间隙最宽,用16号硬膜外穿刺针于此做蛛网膜下腔穿刺并置管,将2%利多卡因碘油乳浊液经导管注入此腔,通过X线电视监视器控制给药容量和给药速度。实验结果表明虽经3小时之久阻滞平面仍很稳定。 An experimentel method of sympatheticless lung is reported. The anatomic characteristics of rabbit vertebral eolumun of 28 rabbits were studied, It was found that the lumbar subarachnoid space was suitable for the insertion of a 16-gauge epidural needle through a fine catheter and lodged to the desired thoracic region without difficulty. An emulsion containing 2% lidocaine and lipiodol was injected through the catheter. The dosage was well controlled under radiologic monitor, so that the presumed blocking level could be obtained. The injected emulsion could be remained in place for more than 3 hours. It is suggested that this model is valid for the investigation of pulmonary sympathetic activities.
