有关四种甾族类肌松药呼吸制约效应的研究

摘要 分别给全麻后大白鼠单次及持续静注预计在胫前肌(T)产生80%~90%阻滞的甾族非去极化肌松药潘库溴铵、哌库溴铵(以上为长效药)、维库溴铵、罗库溴铵(以上为短效药),观察膈肌(D)与T的最大阻滞率、最大作用出现时间、阻滞恢复时间。结果:D最大作用出现时间及恢复时间均比T快,阻滞率明显低干T,持续静注时,长效药的D与T阻滞率之差更显著。结论:四种肌松药均存在呼吸制约效应,且长效药更为明显。 This experiment was done to evaluate the respiratory sparing effect of {our steriod-derived relaxants in vivo. After rats were anesthetized with intraperitoneal butaylone and urethane ,the sciatic nerve-tibialis anterior muscle (TAM) and left phrenic nerve-diaphragm muscle (DM) were prepared surgically to detect the nuromuscular function. The studied long-acting relaxants were pancuronium and pipecuronium,and the short-acting ones were vecuronium and rocuronium,each of which was administered by both bolus injection and intravenovs infusion,at the dose to induce blockade degree of TAM 80%~90%. Results showed that the times required for maximal blockade were shorter in DM than those in TAM (P<0.05);the maximal blokade degrees of DM were much more less than those of TAM (P<0.05);nuromuscular blockade recovered more rapidly in DM than in TAM (P<0.05);pancuronium and pipecuronium produced more significant differences in maximal blockade between DM and TAM,compared with vecuronium and vocuronium. It is suggested that the steroid-derived muscular relaxants,particularly long-acting ones,may have the respiratory sparing effect.
