摘要
流散于民间的民国时期的地契,是反映当时社会现实的宝贵资料,此次发现的民国初年的两张地契,从一个侧面印证了袁世凯称帝以及皇帝梦破灭的史实,成为近代社会变迁的缩影,具有一定的研究价值。
Title deeds in old China scattered among the people are valuable material reflecting the social reality at the time. The two title deeds in the old China discovered this dme are the testimony of Yuan Shi-kai＇s monarch restoration and declination. They are also valuable in studying the social changes in old China.
