The comprehensive teaching building project is of pivotal importance in the construction of east part of Hebei North University＇s new school area. By analyzing the advanced quality and economical rationality of the three new technologies applied in this project, the paper draws the conclusion that the three new technologies are the material base of project quality and project limit shortening. The organization management measures, taken by the project management group, is the determining factor of the realization of the technologies.
