摘要
目的:探讨姜黄素抑制人胃癌SGC7901细胞和人肝癌HepG2细胞生长及促进两种癌细胞发生凋亡的效应。方法:将被研究细胞分为空白对照组、姜黄素组、As2O3组、姜黄素+As2O3组,用MTT法检测不同浓度姜黄素溶液作用后SGC7901、HepG2细胞的生长抑制率,观察细胞的形态改变。结果:各浓度姜黄素组、As2O3组、姜黄素+As2O3组部分细胞形态呈现凋亡表现;40μg/mL姜黄素组对两种细胞的生长抑制率最大;As2O3组、姜黄素+As2O3合用组对细胞的生长抑制率随浓度增加而增大。结论:姜黄素及As2O3均可显著抑制细胞增殖;二者合用可加强各自作用。
Objective:To study effect of curcumin to restrain cell SGC7901 and cell HepG2's growth and accelerate its'apoptosis. Methods:Two cells were randomized into control group, cureumin treatment group, As2O3 treatment group and combined treatment group (curcumin and As2O3).Then different densties'solution of drug are given to three treatments groups. Then the growth inhibition ratio to ceils are detected by MTT and the changes of morphous are observed. Results: Some cells in curcumin groups, As2O3 groups and combined groups present apoptosis, curcumin group (40μg/ml) has the maximum ratio; the growth inhibition ratio of two cells rise with the increase of drug density in As2O3 groups and combined groups. Conclusion:Both curcumin and As2O3 can obviously inhibit proliferation of two cells, and their combined synergistic application can strengthen the effect.
