摘要
采用模拟实验的方法,在相同注射工艺条件下,保持浇口尺寸和位置不变,对不同厚度制品的成型收缩率进行模拟实验研究,绘制了模拟实验曲线。结果表明,制品厚度对其成型收缩的影响很大,制品厚度增大时,注射成型收缩率增大,但这种增大的趋势是非线性的,而是随着厚度的增加而逐渐减缓。
Using simulation experiment, shrinkages of injection molding parts with different thickness are studied. Simulation experiments are performed with same parameter of process condition and fixed gate dimension and position. At last, a thickness vs shrinkage curve was drawn up. The results show that the shrinkage of injection molding part is increased with thickness of parts in non-linearity, and the increase momentum is moderated with the increase of thickness.
