党的十六大以来,新的反腐败举措频频推出,围剿腐败的高压态势已初步形成,中国的反腐败斗争进入了新的发展阶段。具体而言,中国反腐败新阶段的特点主要有:反腐败的战略方针和思路进一步清晰,查处腐败案件的力度进一步加大,纠正损害群众利益不正之风的措施更加有力,对各级领导干部廉洁自律的教育抓得更紧、要求更严、制约更有力,党风廉政和反腐败法规制度建设的步伐明显加快,对权力运行的监督制约进一步强化,着眼于解决体制机制方面深层次问题的各项改革深入推进。
