摘要
从反腐败机构、措施、机制、制度及趋势等方面考察和研究当前美国政府推进反腐败的战略和特点,探索结合实际推进我国反腐标本兼治、综合治理、加大惩防腐败体系建设力度的有效办法和措施。
Based on the observation and training program in the United States, this paper is designed to study and examine the strategies and characteristics of the US government＇ s anti-corruption program in terms of organization, measures, mechanism, institution and trend, to seek a permanent cure rather than a contemporary solution to corruption for China, and to explore efficient measures for the development of a more intensified anti-corruption system.
