摘要
本文采用HPLC法测定人血浆中MMC的含量,血样用氯仿-异丙醇溶液提取,以C_(18)柱分离,外标法定量检测,在0.11~1.1μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,并同时对2种样品处理方法进行了比较。本方法平均回收率为98.83%(n=6)。
A simple and sensitive method using high performance liquid chromatography for determination of mitomycin C in plasma has been developed. Analytial column of BIO-RAD ODS- 10was used. The mobile phase was consisted of a mixture of methanol-phosphate buffer (30 :70) . The 365nm UV detector was selected. Within day precision (SD) and recovery were 0. 17and 98. 83%. The method can be used in study of plasma drug concentration and the pharmacokinetics of mitomycin C.
