2006年4月27日至28日．由意大利MTS交易集团公司组织的“中欧资本市场高级论坛”在意大利罗马举行，来自中国和欧洲各国金融机构的近50名代表参加了论坛。论坛从监管者、发行人，中介商．投资者等不同角度出发．对欧洲固定收益证券市场的政策、运行框架、发展演变以及未来的发展进行了介绍。从本期开始．本刊将陆续发表“中欧资本市场高级论坛”上的一些文章。

From April 27 to 28, 2006, the forum on the Organization and Framework of the European Capital Market. organized by the Italian MTS Group. was held in Rome, Italy, Needy 50 representatives from financial institutions in China and European countries participated in the forum. From the aspects of supervisors, issuers, intermediary institutions and investors, this forum introduoes the policies, operational framework, revolutionary process as well as future development of fixed income securities markets in 15urope. From this issue on, CHINMONEY will publish some of the articles presented at the forum.
