摘要
本研究以北京市体工队教练员61人,北京医科大学三院门诊健康体检者84人为对象,进行血脂检测、流行病学调查,并应用聚合酶链反应技术检测他们的载脂蛋白A1一CⅢ一AⅣ基因上SacⅠ酶切位点多态性及其与高脂血症发病的关联,结果表明:1.教练员组高脂血症发病检出率为57.4%,明显高于正常人(P<0.05)。载脂蛋白AⅠ一CⅢ一AⅢ基因上SacⅠ酶切位点的S+等位基因相对频率在教练员组明显高于对照组(0.2705比0.1184,P<0.05),受试教练员中,具有S+等位基因者的TC、TG和LDL水平明显高于不具此5+等位基因者;对照组中具S+等位基因者的TC和TG水平也明显高于不具有这种等位基因者;2.应用多元Logistic回归模型对教练员高脂血症进行分析:教练员职业(运动量减少、年龄增长、精神紧张和高脂肪、高能量、高蛋白、高钠盐饮食等特点)是患高脂血症的一种危险因素,其OddsRa一tio值为3.317,P=0.004。年龄是患高脂血症另一危险因素,OR=1.067,P=0.002;运动锻炼是高脂血症的防病因素,OR=0.488,P=0.027。在载脂蛋白apoAⅠ一CⅢ一AⅣ基因上的限制性酶切位点中,S+/S?
n analysis of seven lipid parameters,epidemiologic survey and the apolipopretein AⅠ- C-Ⅲ-AⅥ gene polymorphisms of 61 coaches of Beijngtraining team(coach group)and 84 normal people(control group)has been carried out. The polymorphism of apo AⅠ-CⅢ-AⅥ gene cluster and apo B gene locus wds determined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)te-chnique The results showed that hyperlipidemia incidence in coach group was 57.4%,higher than control group(P<0.05).Relative frequency of ra-re S + allele of apo AⅠ-CⅢ-AⅣ gene cluster was significantly higher in coaches than in controls(0.2705 vs 0.1184,P<0.05).Alleles of S+ is as-sociated with the susceptibility to atherosclerosis,and thus the coaches were at risk of atherosclerosis.because of certain unidentified genetic mecha-S nism that determined the linkage disequilibrim with alleles of S+,TC,TGand LDL levels were significantly higher in coaclies with S+ allele thanthose withotit, the same situation has been shown in the control group as well.The results showed that the polymorphism of apo AI-CIII-AIV gene cluster exerted certain impact on lipid metabolism through genetic mecha-nism. Logistic regression model showed that the profession of coach per se was one of the risk factors for hyperlipemia,the Odds ratio of coachwas 3.317(P<0.004).Age also was a risk factor for hyperlipemia,theOdds ratio was 1.067(P=0.002);exercise was a preventive factor,itsOdds ratio was 0.488 (P=0.027).Sac I+/+and Sac I -/+ polymorphism inapo AI-CIII,AIV gene cluster were risk factors for hyperlipemia,their Oddsratio of Sae I +/+ and Sac I-/+ were 3.60 and 3.42 respectively.
