摘要
本实验利用ESR技术研究了双孢菇提取物中大、小分子化合物的清除·OH作用及辐射对胸腺嘧啶核苷酸间接损伤的防护作用。结果表明,双孢菇提取物中大、小分子均有较好的清除·OH作用,且呈明显量效关系。通过清除·OH,双孢菇对辐射导致的胸腺嘧啶核苷酸(5'-TMP)的间接损伤有显著防护作用。
he effect of bisporic mushrom on scavenging hydroxyl radical and protectin 5'-TMP against irradiation were studied by ESR technique.The results showed that both large and small molecular copounds of bisporic mushroom liave significant effects of scavenging hydroxyl radicals, showing marked dose一effect relationships.They can protect 5'-TMP against indirectdamage induced by irrdiation through scavenging hydroxyl radicals.
