用紫外分光光度法,在371±1nm处测定食母生片的含量,与凯氏定氮法比较,结果经t检验,P>0.05,两种测定方法间无显著差异。

The authors described the quantitative determination of the contents of yeast tablet by ultraviolet spec- trophotometry with the selected wavelength of 371 ±1nm. There was no statistical difference between the result of spectrophotometry and that of Kjeldahl's; method for nitrpgen determination (P>0. 05).
