摘要
2005年12月17日,欧盟各成员国终于就《2007-2013年财政规划》达成一致,从而为欧盟《2007-2013年财政框架》的正式出台以及2006年以后的年度预算的制定铺平了道路,为其应对内外挑战,在深度和广度两方面继续前行提供了保证,同时透露出一系列重要政策信息,对其进行深入解剖有助于我们预测把握2007-2013年欧盟较长一段时期内的政策走向。
On December 17, 2005, the members of EU agreed on Financial perspective 2007-2013 unanimously, whieh paves the way to make a formal proposal for EU Finaneial Framework 2007-2013 and annual budgeting after 2006, thus, providing EU with assuranee in eoping with both internal and external ehallenges and enabling EU to further its expansion and development in width and depth. The passage of the perspeetive, also sends out messages about a series of EU polieies, elose serutiny of whieh ean help us gain some insight and foreeast the poliey direetion of EU2007-2013.
