摘要
在已经证实脑络通具有防治动脉粥样硬化作用的基础上,进一步探讨了作用机理。结果发现,脑络通可能减轻 LDL 的氧化修饰,使后者通过清道夫受体途径进入巨噬细胞的量减少,从而阻止泡沫细胞形成和动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。
The action of Nao Luo Tong,a verified antiatherosclerotic,were investigated.It was found that Nao Luo Tong reduced the amount of ox-LDL entering macrophages through the scavenger receptor pathway by preventing LDL from oxidative modification,and therefore interfered with the foam cell formation and the development of atherosclerosis.
