胆总管囊性扩张外科治疗26例分析

Analysis of Surgical Treatment for Cystic Dilation of the Common Bile Duct(Twenty-Six Cases Report)

报告26例肝外胆管囊肿,其中Ⅰ型22例,Ⅱ型2例,Ⅲ型2例。重点讨论其病因及治疗方法,结论是囊肿切除加肝总管空肠 Roux-en-Y 吻合术是Ⅰ、Ⅱ型胆总管囊肿病人治疗的最佳选择。

Twenty-six patients with an extrahepatic biliary cyst(twenty-two type Ⅰ,two type Ⅱ and two type Ⅲ according to the classification of Todani)are reviewed with emphasis on etiology and treatment.We support the conclusion that radical excision of the cystically dilat- ed bile duct with reconstruction by Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy is the best approach of treatment for type Ⅰ and Ⅱ cyst.
