摘要
利用Fluent软件对脱硫塔内速度场和温度场进行三维数值模拟,并对模拟结果进行较全面的分析。选择k-ε模型作为计算模型,用SIMPLE算法进行计算。计算结果表明脱硫塔形状及喷淋层高度对流场与温场有很大的影响,实际运行中应当低层喷淋与高层喷淋相结合,从而获得更好的脱硫效果。运用CFD理论,对脱硫塔内运行情况进行数值分析,对于脱硫塔的设计和优化具有一定的指导意义。
The CFD software Fluent has been introduced for the simulation of the velocity and temperature fields, k - ε model and SIMPLE algorithm are applied as the basic method. The simulation results indicate that the form of absorber of desulfurization and the height of spray layers mainly influence on the field. The low and high levels should operate in collaboration to get more efficiency in practice. Based on alalysis of CFD, it is helpful for design and optimization of absorber.
