摘要
简要叙述了石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫工艺,论述和分析FGD主要设备仪表的选型,探讨了控制系统的结构以及系统主要功能的实现,解决了液位控制易失灵、pH值难控制等问题,提高了系统的稳定性,保证了脱硫效率,降低了综合投资成本。
This paper describes the craft of wet limestone-lime flue gas desulfurization briefly and discusses the selection of main equipment and gauges. It also discusses the construction of control system and the realization of main functions. The problems of liquid level control and pH value control are solved. The stability of the system is increased, the efficiency of desulfurization is guaranteed, and the total investment cost is lowered down.
