Application of Fault Diagnosis System Based on DeltaV in Butadiene Plant

针对应用于丁二烯生产装置的DeltaV自带的报警系统存在的问题,应用专家知识提取出了32个重要监测点。并针对这些监测点用VB编程设计了一个运行在上位机的基于DeltaV的故障诊断系统,实现了实时故障诊断,并能在操作员站上实现实时报警。该系统具有良好的可扩充性。

Based on the problem of the emergence system embedded in DeltaV used in butadiene plant, a fault diagnosis system is designed by VB to monitor the 32 important monitor points which is discovered by using expert knowledge. The system can diagnose fault real-time and give alarm to the operator through operation interface station. The system is well expandable.
