Improvement of clinical first aid technique teaching in medical undergraduate education

摘要 针对目前医学生临床急救课程存在重理论,轻实践的现象,将心肺复苏和气管插管人体模型补充示教和技术训练引入教学实践。通过与传统教学的比较显示,在理论知识学习后进行人体模型操作训练,学生们不仅能具体掌握操作方法,还能充分利用模型训练感性、直观、易于记忆等特点,引导和启发使学生所学知识相互联系和拓展。不仅提高了学生成绩,同时也提高了教学满意度。 In view of the problem: paying less attention to the practice with too much importance attached to the theory teaching in clinical first aid technique teaching in medical undergraduate education, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and trachea intubation teaching combined with replaced human model practice have been introduced in the first aid technique teaching. Compared with the conventional teaching, the students who take part in training practice have comprehended and developed the fwst aid knowledge they learn in class. It has been testified that the training practice in clinical first aid technique not only improves the effective teaching but also increases the satisfaction of clinical teaching.
