Present situation of teaching staff construction in higher medical education and possible solutions

摘要 我国高等医学院校师资队伍建设中存在诸多问题,如教师队伍的素质不容乐观、人才流动现象严重、师资队伍建设的体制和机制不适应新的形势等等。为此,要应该⑴引入市场竞争机制,优化教师资源配置;⑵加强学科带头人和骨干教师队伍建设;⑶改革现有教师编制管理模式和教学科研组织方式;⑷完善教师职务聘任制,强化竞争激励机制;⑸强化教师培训,全面提高教师素质;⑹加强师德建设,提高教师职业道德水平;⑺采取得力措施,大力改善教师待遇加强师资队伍建设。 There are quite a few existing problems in the construction of the teaching staff in higher medical education institutions, such as teachers' quality far from optimism, the enormous loss of the teachers, and the mechanism and system of the teaching staff construction not suited to the new situation. Therefore, importance should be attached to the following aspects: introducing the market competition mechanism, optimizing the resource allocation of teaching staff, strengthening the construction of backbone teachers, reforming the authorized size management of the teaching staff and the teaching and scientific research mode, perfecting the teachers' engagement system, intensifying the competitive mechanism, enhancing the teachers' training to improve their comprehensive quality, improving their professional ethics, and in the meantime, improving their treatment by great efforts.
