摘要
《医学教育临床教学实践管理规定(征求意见稿)》作为部门规章,是广义的法的渊源,象其他法律一样,以规范法律关系主体各方的权利、义务与责任为目的。笔者从《规定》的角度对临床教学实践中若干法律问题进行了分析。
＂Regulations on the Management of Clinical Teaching Practice in Medical Education＂ （Drafts） is the sources of law, and it prescribes all parties＇ dots, obligations and responsibilities. The paper discusses the several legal issues in clinical teaching practice according to the regulations.
