The cost of construction products is the central content of engineering construction as well as the operation of construction market. Because building products are particular commodities, the form of their price has their own characteristics. According to the characteristics, this thesis analyses the implementation of bill quantity of construction works, illustrates the problem existing in the operation of bill quantity of construction works, and researches how to improve bill quantity of construction works.
