摘要
从国际范围来看,无论是西方发达国家还是亚洲新兴工业化国家与地区,他们都把对外直接投资作为提升国内(地区内)产业结构的重要途径。本文通过分析中国对外投资产业现状提出中国目前的对外直接投资应以优势型产业对外投资为主,学习型对外投资为辅,并逐渐加大学习型对外投资的比重。
Seeing in a worldwide view, not only developed countries but also Asian new industrializing countries take outward direct investment as an important way to restructure upgrade industry. By analyzing the recent situations of China＇s outward direct investment, this paper believes that outward direct investment should be major in comparative-advantage industries, and step by step pay more attention on high-tech industries.
