调脂汤治疗高脂高黏血症临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia and Hyperviscosity with Tiaozhi Decoction(TD,调脂汤)

目的:观察采用益气活血化痰法治疗高脂高黏血症的临床疗效。方法:将98例高脂高黏血症患者随机分为两组,治疗组61例口服调脂汤,对照组37例口服脂必妥胶囊、藻酸双酯钠片。观察血脂、动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)、血液流变学变化。结果:治疗组治愈21例,显效24例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率96.72%。对照组治愈9例,显效10例,有效8例,无效10例总有效率72.97%。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗后在降低血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及AI(P均<0.01)升高HDL-C、降低LDL-C方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),纠正血液流变学各项指标与对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.01、0.05),未发现出血等不良反应。结论:调脂汤具有调节高脂高黏血症血脂代谢、降低血黏度的作用。

Objective.To observe the treatment of hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity with the method of invigorating qi,promoting blood circulation and eliminating sputum. Method.98 cases of hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity were randomly divided into two groups. The 61 cases in the treatment group were treated with TD,and the 37 cases in the control group were treated with zhibituo （脂必妥）capsule and propylene glycol alginate sodium sulfate. The blood lipid,atheroscleorsis index（AI） and blood rheology were detected. Result：In the treatment group, 21 cases cured, 24 cases significantly effective, 14 cases effective,2 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 96.72%. In the control group, 9 cases cured, 10 cases significantly effective, 8 cases effective, 10 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 72.97%. The difference between the two groups was notable （P 〈 0.01）. The blood TC,TG and AI were lowered more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. HDL-C was increased and LDL-C was lowered in the treatment group （P 〈 0. 01,0. 05）. No group had side effect such as bleeding. Conclusion： TD has the effect of regulating the blood lipid metabolism of hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity.
