摘要 研究了重金属离子汞和铜对中华大蟾蜍(Bufo gargarizans)蝌蚪的毒性和联合毒性的影响。单种离子Hg2+对蝌蚪24h、48h的半致死浓度分别为0·712mg/L、0·612mg/L,Cu2+对蝌蚪24h、48h的半致死浓度分别为1·310mg/L、0·862mg/L,Hg2+和Cu2+共存对蝌蚪24h及48h半致死浓度分别为0·550-0·400mg/L、0·379-0·300mg/L。根据Marking的指数法求得24h、48h的相加指数AI分别为0·078、0·034,表现为协同作用。 Joint toxicity of Mercury ion and Copper ion to Bufo gargarizans tadpoles was studied in this paper. It was demonstrated that LC50 of Hg^2+ on tadpoles were 0.712 mg/L, 0.612 mg/L for 24 h and 48 h, while that of Cu^2+ were 1.310 mg/L, 0.862 mg/L for 24 h and 48 h, respectivdy. The LC50 of the joint of Hg^2+ and Cu^2+ on tadpoles were 0. 550- 0. 400 mg/L, 0.379- 0. 300 mg/L for 24 h and 48 h. Using to the addictive index method of Marking, it has been found that the addictive indexes (AI) were 0.078, 0.034 in 24 h and 48 h, revealing synergism action.
