摘要
讨论了行星齿轮减速器设计中的各种因素,建立了以体积最小和重合度最大的多目标优化模型,运用多目标优化的乘除法以及可行性枚举法获得了最优解。结果表明,该方法不仅获得了满意的综合效果,而且所得的结果符合实际要求。
Each factor in planetary gear reducer design is discussed in this paper. Multi-objective optimization models for minimum volume and maximal overlap ratio are established. Optimum solution is obtained by multiply-divide method and feasibility enumeration method of multi-objective optimization. The result indicated that the synthesis effect is satisfactory and the result meets requirement.
