摘要
根据精密零件数控加工的实际生产情况,提出加工过程尺寸在线检测的应用需求。介绍了尺寸在线检测系统的应用情况,系统地论述了尺寸在线检测系统的实施方法,阐述了精密零件加工尺寸误差补偿途径。指出应用加工过程尺寸在线检测技术不仅提高零件加工质量和加工效率,还对推进加工测量一体化技术的发展具有深远意义。
The article suggests the requirements for application of online dimension measurement during the machining process according to the actual conditions of NC manufacturing of high-precision parts. The application cases of online dimension measurement system and its implementation methods together with the ways used for error compensation of dimensions in manufacturing of high-precision parts are illustrated theoretically. The authors point out that the application of the online dimension measurement technology can not only improve quality and efficiency of machining but also has far - reaching meaning in prompting the integration technology of manufacturing and testing.
