Applying the Grey System Theory to Evaluate Enterprises' KM Level and Improvement Space

知识管理水平评价方法的研究是知识管理理论研究与实践的重要方面。本文在相关研究成果的基础上,提出了知识管理的评价指标体系,并根据灰色系统理论,构建了企业知识管理水平评价的灰色多目标模型,探讨了应用灰色系统理论横向比较企业间知识管理水平、差距及其改进空间的方法。

The study on knowledge management level evaluation method is an important aspect in the study and practice of knowledge management theory. On the basis of relevant study achievements, this paper has put forward the evaluation index system of knowledge management. According to gray system theory, it has constructed the gray multi-object model for evaluating the level of enterprise KM, and discussed the method of transversely comparison of the level of enterprise KM, gaps, and improvement space of enterprises.
