摘要
随着高校的合并发展,合并后专升本高校图书馆人事制度问题突出表现,针对这问题文章论述了合并后专升本高校图书馆应建立起一套完善的人事管理制度,以促进合并后专升本高校图书馆的稳定、快速发展。
Along with the development of higher education institutions merging trend,the problems of me personnel system oi the newly merged and up-graded university library. In order to promote the sustainable and rapid development of such libraries, this paper has suggested that the newly merged and up-graded university libraries should set up a perfect system of personnel management to promote university library development.
