摘要
21世纪是数字化、网络化、信息化世纪。数字化是基础,网络化是手段,信息化是目的。数字化是决定人类命运的新的转折点,数字图书馆则是有效的形式和工具,是信息化的核心,必然成为终身学习的重要基地、学习社区。
The 21st century is a digital, network and information one. Digitalization is the basis; network is the means and information is the objective. Digitalization is a new turning point of determining the destiny of human beings. Digital libraries are the effective tool and form, and the nucleus of information, which are bound to become an important base and communities for lifelong learning.
