浅议21世纪农业高校图书馆馆员的素质与继续教育

面对图书馆由传统的管理模式向现代化管理模式的转型,图书馆员的素质已成为当今图书馆飞速发展的重要因素;文章通过分析现阶段农业高校图书馆人员存在整体学历不高,年龄结构偏大,整体素质不高等诸多问题,论述了图书馆员只有通过专业知识、服务技能、在职学历和职业道德等方面的继续教育,才能真正提高图书馆馆员的素质,使其成为适应现代数字图书馆的复合型人才。

Facing the library transition from the traditional management pattern to modernized management system, the quality of librarians has become an important factor in rapid library development, This paper has analyzed the present situation of agricultural universities with low level of librarians, old age structure, poor total education level and other problems. The paper has expounded that only when continued education is achieved through professional knowledge, service skills, on-job training and professional moral education, etc., can they really improve the quality of librarians, and made them to become the complex talents suitable for modem digital libraries.
