摘要
对纱线动态和静态断裂强力的测试原理进行比较,并通过数学分析方法对测试结果进行定量分析,指出纱线动态断裂强力比静态断裂强力大约降低了20%~30%,说明将动态断裂强力作为衡量纱线品质指标具有实际指导意义.同时提出采用CTT纱线传导系统测试纱线动态断裂强力不仅可用不同的测试速度模拟纱线的使用情况,而且能够更好地显示纱线弱节的强力性质,更能反映纱线在生产中的强力品质.
A comparison was made between the testing principle of dynamic breaking strength and that of static breaking strength, and quantitative analysis of the test results was conducted via mathematic method. It was found that the dynamic strength of yarns was 20 % ~ 30 % lower than that of the static. This shows that in evaluating yarn quality index, dynamic strength is more useful in practice. It also pointed out that use of CTY (constant tension transport) in testing dynamic strength of yarns can simulate, with different testing speeds, the yarn in use and can display the strength of weak points of yarn, more truly reflecting the strength state of yarn during production.
