摘要
文章使用有限元方法建立燃料电池车车架模型,对车架进行弯曲和扭转两种工况下的静力分析,计算出车架的应力特性。得出车架承受载荷时的最薄弱部位,并提出强度加强方案,为进一步研究燃料电池车提供依据。
A model of fuel cell vehicle's frame is built up in the article using finite element technique, and frame's static analysis is done at bending and torsion mode respectively. By calculating stress characteristic of frame, the weakest parts of stress bearing frame is indicated. Hence, stress enhancement project is advanced, it provides reference for further research on fuel cell vehicle.
