摘要
目的:探讨脂肪肝的研究现状。方法:阅读国内外有关文献进行综述。结果:脂肪肝是由多种疾病和病因引起的肝脏脂肪变性,近年来脂肪肝的发病率逐年上升,平均发病年龄年轻化,它的诊断和治疗受到广泛关注。结论:本文概述了脂肪肝的发病机制、诊断、治疗及预后。
Objective： To study status quo of fatty liver. Methods： Reading the literatures home and abroad, then summarizing them. Results- Fatty liver is the hepatic fatty degeneration, induced by many kinds of diseases and causes. The morbidity of fatty liver is rising in recent years. And the age of patients is becoming younger on average. The diagnosis and prognosis is widely noticed. Conclusions：This article is the summary of pathogenesis, diagnosis,treatment and prognosis on Fatty liver.
