随着我国经济社会的不断发展,农村水电发展被赋予了新的内涵。从农村水电的效益理论出发,提出新时期农村水电的生态开发模式、电气化开发模式、民营开发模式,并对相应的投资模式和政策支持体系作了探讨。

Along with continuous economic and social development of our country, new connotation is entrusted to rural hydropower development. The modes of ecological development, electrified development and private sector development for rural hydropower in the new age have been put forward, from the viewpoint of benefit theory of rural hydmpower development. Finance modes and policy support systems are also discussed.
