知母商品药材中的皂苷类成分含量测定

Determination of the content of saponins in commercial herbs of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae

目的：考察市场流通商品知母药材的品质。方法：采用高效液相-蒸发光散射法测定不同流通地区的商品知母药材中皂苷类成分的含量、结果：知母皂苷E1、知母皂苷B-Ⅱ、知母皂苷B、知母皂苷AⅢ的平均回收率分别为100．31％（RSD为1．93％）、99．22％（RSD为1．72％）、101．80％（RSD为2．04％）、101．54％（RSD为1．76％），4种皂苷类成分的含量之和为4．4502％～6．2854％。结论：知母商品药材中皂苷类成分含量存在一定的差异，其品质差异的影响因素有待进一步考察。

OBJECTIVE To investigation the quality status of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae through analysis of the commercial herbs. METHODS The content of saponins in Rhizoma Anemarrhenae was determined by HPLC-ELSD. RESULTS The average recovery of the four saponins were 100. 31%（RSD was 1.93%） ,99. 22%（RSD was 1.72%）, 101.80%（RSD was 2. 04%）, 101.54% （RSD was 1.76%）,and the content of the total saponins was 4. 450 2 % -6. 285 4%. CONCLUSION The content of saponins in commercial herbs of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae from various districts is different in some extent, and the influence factors of the quality should be investigated.
