高效液相色谱法测定卡维地洛片含量

Determination of karvedilol tablets by HPLC

目的：运用高效液相色谱法测定卡维地洛片的含量。方法：用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂（C18色谱柱），甲醇-0．01mol·L^-1磷酸盐缓冲液（65：35，用醋酸调至pH3．5）为流动相，检测波长为245nm，苯巴比妥钠为内标。结果：卡维地洛在20-120mg·L^-1的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．2％，RSD为1．01％（n=6）。结论：本法测定卡维地洛片的含量快速、简便、准确。

OBJECTIVE An HPLC method was established for the determination of karvedilol tablets. METHODS RP-C18 analytical column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol- 0. 01 mol L^-1 phosphate buffer solution（adjust pH to 3. 5 by acetic acid） （65： 35, v/v）. The detection wavelength was at 245 nm. Phenobarbital sodium was used as internal seandald. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 20 - 120 mg·L^-1 of karvedilol（r= 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 100. 2 %, with RSD of 1.01% （n = 6）. CONCLUSION The HPLC method is simple, rapid and accurate for the determination of karvedilol tablets.
