床边血液灌流治疗急性毒鼠强中毒效果评价

The efficacy of hemoperfusion in treatment of tetramine poisoning

目的探讨血液灌流(HP)对急性毒鼠强中毒的疗效。方法收集我院2005年1月～2005年8月应用HP治疗急性毒草鼠强中毒病人9例,并用定量方法分析并动态观察HP过程中患者血中毒鼠强的浓度变化及临床疗效。结果HP前病人血中的毒鼠强平均浓度为34.08μg/ml,而HP后的平均浓度为20.87μg/ml;同时病人的临床症状改善并全部存活。结论HP治疗能清除体内的毒鼠强,临床诊断不能够单纯凭借血中毒鼠强浓度进行诊断、治疗,应该结合临床症状统一考虑。

Objective To investigate the ability of hemoperfusion to remove tetramine from the body and its clinical efficacy. Methods Nine cases of poisoning due to tetramine in our hospital between January and August 2005 were studied. All cases were given hemoperfusion at emergency-room. Tetramine concentration changes in blood during hemoperfusion and the clinical efficacy were e- valuated. Results The average concentration of tetramine in the body was 34.08μg/ml before the hemoperfusion and the average con- centration was 20.87μg/ml in the end of hemoperfusion, the concentration was markly depressed after the hemoperfusion treatment. Meanwhile all of the patients survived. Conclusion Hemoperfusion can adsorb tetramine from the blood of tetramine poisoning, and the blood concentration of tetramine is not the only sign for diagnosis and treatment.
