摘要
按照超高压设备双重化保护配置的要求,500 kV电抗器保护装置底层保护系统由两套并行的保护子系统构成。上层管理系统作为装置中的重要一环,一方面承担着人机接口管理和监控整个保护装置的任务;另一方面是实现对内对外通讯联系的桥梁。在简要介绍整个保护装置的基础上,系统地说明了管理系统软件的整体功能和程序框架结构设计。根据保护装置内部通讯的特点和应用要求,在我国电力行业标准IEC60870-5-103基础上,提出了一种适用于微机保护装置的内部通讯协议。该协议能够方便、快捷地实现保护装置内部通讯的报文格式转换。管理软件采用模块化的程序设计方法,界面友好且操作简单,具有程序层次清晰、扩展性强、运行稳定等特点。
According to the request of double protection for electrical equipment in Ultra High Voltage (UHV) power system, two parallel protection subsystem with the same configuration of functions work together in 500 kV shunt reactor protecting device. As an important part of the device, management subsystem is in charge of supervising the entire equipment and managing the man-machine interface. On the other hand, the subsystem is a bridge of communicating with outer terminal or protection subsystem. Based on the simple introduction of the protecting device, the paper introduces the general functions of the software and the program frame. According to the characteristic and application request, an internal communication protocol based on IEC60870-5-103 standard for microprocessor-based protection is presented, which can transform message expediently. Modularized programming is adopted in the software, it possesses the following advantages of friendly interface and easy operation, clear hierarchy, easy to expand and stable working.
