肾移植大鼠外周血中的IL-2 IFN-γ的动态观察 被引量:2

摘要 急性排斥反应是肾移植术后的主要并发症,也是导致慢性排斥反应和移植物失功的最重要的因素。因此,如何快速诊断和及时治疗排斥反应是非常重要的。到目前为止肾活检仍是诊断排斥反应的金标准,但其侵入性及潜在的并发症和取样误差限制了其临床的应用。许多学者都在寻求一种能够快速,准确而非侵入性的方法,希望在肾功能发生损害之前及时作出诊断和鉴别诊断。移植物进入机体后其HLA抗原致敏机体免疫细胞,激活的免疫细胞通过识别移植物细胞,产生IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IFN-γ、TNF等多种细胞因子,引起免疫排斥反应。而细胞因子常常在排斥反应早期即被释放。本实验通过监测大鼠肾移植术后外周血IL-2、IFN-γ的含量变化,探讨其意义。
