瑞芬太尼在脊柱手术麻醉中的经验
摘要
瑞芬太尼作为人工合成的阿片类受体激动剂，因其结构上有一酯链，能被血和组织中的非特异性酯酶所水解，因而，瑞芬太尼在体内的半衰期极短，其代谢产物无蓄积作用，适合用于全凭静脉麻醉中的镇痛。脊柱外科全麻下的手术希望患者术中唤醒容易，术后感觉、运动、意识尽早恢复，便于临床效果的判断，瑞芬太尼的超短效作用在该类手术的麻醉中得以充分体现，现将应用情况报告如下。
