摘要
悬浮型高压窄脉冲放大器输出的是脉宽100ns、上升/下降沿10ns的高压脉冲,运用其中的DC/DC变换器处于动态悬浮隔离供电状态。为使DC/DC变换器适用于高压瞬态跃变状态,首先要求DC/DC变换器的输入/输出耦合电容的存在不影响高压窄脉冲的质量,其次是输出高压窄脉冲时的高速瞬态跃变不会影响DC/DC变换器的供电稳定性。因此,研究悬浮型高压窄脉冲放大器的驱动方式,就是要着重分析动态运用中的DC/DC变换器的工作状态。
The floating type of the high voltage narrow pulse amplifier outputs the high voltage pulse with lOOns width and 10ns rise/fall time. The DC/DC converter used in it works in dynamic isolated floating situation. In order to make the DC/DC converter adaptive to the instantaneous jump of the high voltage, it is necessary that the coupling capacitor across input/output of the DC/DC converter could not to influence the quality of the high voltage narrow pulse, and the instantaneous jump of high speed on the high voltage narrow pulse could not influence the output stability of the DC/DC converter. So the analysis for the DC/DC converter applied in dynamic state should be emphasized when the driving way in the floating type of the high voltage narrow pulse amplifier is studied.
