关于形式句法中中心语移位理论的思考

中心语移位是形式语法研究的一个重要内容。以Chom sky和Po llock为代表的语言学家分别提出了中心语移位限制理论和I-分裂假设,对中心语移位这一语言现象进行了研究。虽然他们的研究从不同角度揭示了中心语移位的内在规律,但他们的理论却未能涵盖所有与中心语移位有关的语言现象,还需要进一步完善。

The study of head movement is an indispensable component ot tormal syntax, tan the basis ot their study, Chomsky and Pollock have respectively put forward Head Movement Constraint and I-split Hypothesis. Having disclosed some＇ internal natures of head movement, their theories fail to capture all the cases concerning this issue, and therefore need further improvement.
