The essay stresses through discussion the point that the capital city of South Korea "Seoul" changed its name from "Hancheng (Chinese translation)" to "Shou'er (English sound translation)" is a matter of correcting its name instead of changing its name. The correction is the reorganization of the history and is for the sake of international communication so as to avoid confusing. The use of "Shou'er" instead of "Hancheng" does not mean they want to join Europe. It's just a matter of correcting its name.
