经济安全是全球化时代产生的新安全范畴。在发达国家主导世界经济运行的条件下,发展中国家面临着比较突出的经济安全问题。发展中国家经济安全问题的形成既有外因又有内因,外因主要是:在全球经济市场化的环境中,与强势的发达国家相比,发展中国家在经济要素、产业分工等方面处于劣势。除此之外,还有国际经济规则的不合理等因素;内因主要是:发展中国家自身经济政策的失误及科学技术落后导致的综合国力落后。

Under the condition that the developed countries lead the world economics movement ,the developing nations are facing serious economic security problems. The developing nation economic security problems have both external factors and internal causes. The external factors mainly are ： in the global economy marketability environment, compared with the strong developed countryies, the developing nation are inferior in the economical essential factors and industrial division of labor. Besides, the international economy rule is unreasonable. The internal causes mainly are： The developing nations have economic policy faults, science and technology backwardness which cause comprehensive national strength backward.
