台山市艾滋病流行特征及其趋势分析

Analysis of prevalent features and trend of AIDS in Taishan City

目的分析台山市艾滋病流行特征及其影响因素,为控制艾滋病传播提供科学依据. 方法采用Excel数据库和SPSS11.5统计分析软件对台山市1993～2005年艾滋病病例和HIV感染者报告资料进行整理分析. 结果近几年来,台山市艾滋病病毒感染者报告数和发病数呈快速增长趋势.截至2005年12底,累计检出艾滋病病毒感染者781例,其中艾滋病病人75例,死亡12例.女性感染者所占比例迅速增加,艾滋病流行正由高危人群向一般人群传播. 结论台山市艾滋病流行的危险因素广泛存在,艾滋病防治工作形势严峻,应迅速采取综合有效的防制措施,控制艾滋病的流行.

Objective To analyze the prevalent features of AIDS and relevant influential factors so as to provide scientific basis for controlling the spread of AIDS. Methods Excel database and SPSSI 1.5 statistic software were used for analysis of the data concerning AIDS in the period of from 1993 to 2005 in Taishan City. Results In recent years HIV infection showed a tendency of rapid inerreasc and 781 eases positive for HIV had been detected by the end of December, 2005 and 75 of them were confirmed to AIDS patients with 21 dled.The proportion of female patients was also increased at a fast speed. Now HIV/AIDS was spreading to high risk population to general population. Conclusion The situation of AIDS is serious in Taishan City and integrated control measures be talen to roll back the prevalence of the disease.
