摘要 目的探讨血清胆红素在冠心病患者中的变化及意义。方法选择70例冠心病(CHD)患者为观察组,38例健康人为对照组,分别测定血清胆红素水平。结果冠心病组血清总胆红素明显低于对照组(P<0·01);直接胆红素明显高于对照组(P<0·01);间接胆红素明显低于对照组(P<0·01)。结论胆红素可能参与了冠心病的发病过程。 Objective To discuss the change of blood serum bilirubin level in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients and its significance. Methods 70 CHD patients were chosen as observation group and 38 healthy persons were chosen as control group. The blood serum bilirubin levels were determined separately. Results The bilirubin level in the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group (P 〈 0.01). The direct bilirubin level in the observation group was apparently higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.01 ), while the indirect bilirubin level in the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Bilirubin possibly involves in the process of CHD.
