双试剂双缩脲法对脂浊标本血清总蛋白的测定

Determination of total serum from fat blood specimens by using biurea and double reagents

目的探讨双试剂双缩脲法在全自动生化仪中直接测定脂肪乳浊标本血清总蛋白。方法将单试剂双缩脲法改成双试剂,在全自动生化仪上采用二点终点法直接测定。结果双试剂双缩脲法测定脂浊血清标本的总蛋白为(74.27±5.65)mmol/L与手工标化法测定的(74.46±5.77)mmol/L差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论双试剂双缩脲法能有效地消除脂肪的干扰,无需另进行手工除脂测定,大大地提高工作效率。

Objective To discuss the biurea method for determination of total protein in serum of fat emulsion specimens with double reagents on the automated biochemical analyzer. Methods The single reagent hiurea reaction was altered to the double reagent and direct determination was performed by using the two - end - point method on the automated biochemical analyzer, Resuits There were no marked differences between the double reagent reaction and hiurea manual standard reduction, Conclusion The interference of the fat can be effectively eliminated by double reagent hiurea reaction without need to carry on manual determination of fat, Thus the working efficiency is greatly enhanced.
