本文针对我国高等专科教育现状,从生产力和科技发展、基础教育的发展水平、高等教育的静动态发展等方面来剖析其存在的必要性,所存在的问题以及采取相应的对策来解决存在的问题。

This paper tries to analyse the necessity of existing our college education,existing problems through the level of productivity , techonology development , elementary education, high education development according to our college education＇s situation and take up proper measures to solve the problems.
